Show Units on Display

What to Expect at the TMW Maxwell Showflat

Our sales representatives start with the development as a whole: the site plan, the 27 resident facilities and the project details, and what the location offers around Tras Street and Maxwell Road.

Then come the two show units, where the SMEG appliances, the Gessi and Roca fittings and the 2.90 m ceiling of the Flip / Switch home can be seen and measured at full scale rather than read from a plan.

We then compare layouts side by side on the floor plans, 17 of them from 44 sqm (474 sqft) to 82 sqm (883 sqft), and work through financing: the current price list, an indicative loan and the monthly instalment on the mortgage calculator. With 17 layouts across 6 bands, from Flip / Switch studios to dual-key homes with a second kitchen, the layout is the decision a visit settles best.

Finally we go through stacks and storeys on the balance unit chart. Bring a unit number if you already have one in mind.
