TMW Maxwell Condo Virtual Tour
360° Views Of The TMW Maxwell Showflat Units
Three tours are here: TMW Gallery, the showflat itself, and its two show units, the Flip / Switch Type A3 and the 2 Bedroom Premium Type 2C1.
The tours are most useful for the fit-out specified for every home. Look for the SMEG appliances with the induction hob, the Gessi and Roca sanitary ware and fittings, the quartz or engineered stone kitchen counter, and the kitchen finish, which differs between the two show units.
Click around to explore the spaces. The floor plans give the dimensions of every layout, and the same units can be walked at the showflat.

Flip / Switch, Type A3. One of 5 layouts in the Flip / Switch band, which holds 201 of the 324 homes. A3 sits in stack 07 and stacks 09 to 14, and with A3-G, the same plan with a PES in place of the balcony on the 4th storey of those stacks, it accounts for 113 of the band’s homes. It is one combined living, dining and bedroom space beside a separate kitchen, finished in light grey, with one bathroom. The foldable dining table and extendable coffee table in the show unit are interior design treatment, bought off the shelf rather than included in the home.
2 Bedroom Premium, Type 2C1. The only layout in its band: 16 homes in stack 20, from the 4th to the 19th storey. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and its kitchen is finished in dark grey, as in the 2 Bedroom Dual-Key homes, so the two unit tours between them show both kitchen finishes in the development.
Not shown. No tour or show unit covers the 1 Bedroom Suite, 1 Bedroom + Study, 1 Bedroom Loft or 2 Bedroom Dual-Key bands, and none can be viewed elsewhere. They are different plans rather than size variations: the dual-key homes add a second kitchen and a junior suite with its own bath, and the lofts span the 19th and 20th storeys. Every layout is on the floor plan page, and room areas for each are in the buyer’s guide.

At TMW Gallery both show units can be walked at full scale: the 2.90 m ceiling over the Flip / Switch living, dining and bedroom space, the finishes underfoot and on the counters, and how the rooms relate in proportion, which a screen flattens.
The tours show two layouts as built at the gallery, and they cannot settle a particular stack or storey. The balance unit chart, the site plan on the floor plan page and the sales team can, and a visit is most useful with a unit number or a shortlist in hand. TMW Gallery is at the junction of Peck Seah Street and Wallich Street, not at the project site, and opens daily, 10am to 7pm, by appointment: book a showflat appointment.
